PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple application decision system preventing leakage of personal information, allowing reduction of cost, and capable of deciding a multiple applicant by an identification key difficult to specify an individual applicant.;SOLUTION: This multiple application decision system deciding whether the applicant for recruitment is the multiple applicant having previously applied or not has: an identification key generation means generating a hash value by a hash function from the personal information of the applicant; a storage means storing the hash value generated by the identification key generation means as the identification key of the applicant; and a decision means deciding whether the identification key generated by the identification key generation means to the personal information of the applicant and the identification key of the past applicant stored in the storage means accord or not in the application for the recruitment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
