PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform transmission between terminals of which each capacity is assured without control to a switching hub with a MAC address learning function by a single path setting function of an Ethernet (R) network constituted of the hub and the centralized control of a transmission capacity.;SOLUTION: The use capacity of each transmission path of the Ethernet (R) network is stored, the transmission capacity is allocated along a use path based on this storage by a request from a terminal, and allocation is released by an end request.
