EVALUATION INDEX ANALYSIS METHOD FOR CONTROL OF LOAD FREQUENCY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and simply evaluate fairness of each evaluation index for control of load frequency, in a power system that includes a plurality of area systems.;SOLUTION: An information processor 10 is made to store system parameters for each regional system in a system model that includes a plurality of regional systems. An area requirement ΔR_i(s), when a disturbance imparted to each regional system is set as ΔP_Di(s), and a transfer function as ρ_ij(s) is formulated. The theoretical formula of a CF1 of an evaluation index CPS1 regarding the system model is formulated. Constituent elements (C_ij, Vf_ij) of the theoretical formula are calculated by simulating the case, when the disturbance ΔP_Di(s) is imparted only to a certain regional system. The value of the CF1, when the disturbance is inputted to the plurality of regional systems, is calculated on the basis of the calculated constituent elements (C_ij, Vf_ij) and on the theoretical formula.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
