PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a misalarm hard to generate. ;SOLUTION: A system is equipped with a heat normal environment judgment part 2 which judges whether or not the system is in a normal heat environment state by comparing the heat generation level sensed by a heat sense part 1 with a previously set normal heat generation level, a smoke normal environment judgment part 5 which judges whether or not the system is in a normal smoke environment state by comparing the smoking level sensed by a smoke sense part 4 with a previously set smoking level, a fire signal output judgment part 9 which judges a fire and outputs a fire signal when a heat elapsed time of a heat generation level higher than a previously set alarming heat generation level is longer than a specific heat accumulation time or a smoke elapsed time of a smoking level higher than a previously set alarming smoking level is longer than a specific smoke accumulation time, a smoke accumulation time conversion part 8 which converts the specific smoke accumulation time according to the judgment of the heat normal environment judgment part 2, and a heat accumulation time conversion part 7 which converts the specific heat accumulation time according of the judgment of the smoke normal environment judgment part 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
