PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a multiple-to-multiple speech via an IP network.;SOLUTION: Audio data obtained by an audio capture means 22 which fetches an audio signal from an audio input unit 31 and makes it into audio data, are broadcast-transmitted to an IP network 50 by a transmission means 23. There are provided a request transmitting means 26 for transmitting inter-speech request information to a corresponding speech target terminal based on the operation of a second button and a request monitoring means 27 for monitoring the arrival of the inter-speech request information and when a first or a second button is operated, transmission source information corresponding to the button is sent or when the arrival of the inter-speech request information is detected, transmission source information of the information is sent to a fetching means 24 as transmission source information of audio data fetched from the IP network 50, respectively. The fetching means 24 fetches audio data with designated transmission source information from the IP network 50, makes the audio data into voices and outputs them from a voice output unit 32.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
