PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique effective for investigating smoothly the leveling of operation times about a plurality of industrial vehicles.;SOLUTION: The maximum operation time about all the vehicles, the minimum operation time, a graph L1 showing an average operation time, an operation time rank order table M1 including the operation time classified the vehicle by the vehicle, and a time zone operation graph N1 classified the vehicle by the vehicle are displayed on a display part of a computer, when the leveling for the operation times in the plurality of fork lifts is investigated.
