PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform living state management for health or the like of residents by acquiring and analyzing the garbage taking-out state from each house of multiple dwelling houses. PSOLUTION: This system comprises a garbage storage means 10 for storing garbage separated based on a predetermined reference for each separation kind, which is provided in each house; a garbage recovery means 20 for recovering the garbage at every predetermined time; a recovered garbage information analysis means 30 for classifying and analyzing information for the recovered garbage for each separation kind; a recovered garbage information storage means 40 for storing recovered garbage information; a garbage reference information storage means 50 for storing reference information for the garbage recovered in conformity with resident information; a comparison means 60 for comparing the garbage information with the garbage reference information; a determination means 70 for determining whether the comparison result exceeds an allowable range or not; and an alarming means 80 for giving an alarm when the comparison result is determined to exceed the allowable range.
