PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot rolling oil for aluminum and aluminum alloys which combines seizure resistance, bite performance and slip resistance and to provide a method of hot rolling of aluminum and aluminum alloys using the rolling oil.;SOLUTION: As the hot rolling oil for aluminum and aluminum alloys a composition is used that consists of 3-20 mass% of a polysulfide as a sulfur-based extreme-pressure agent, 10-35 mass% of a sulfonate type anion surfactant, and the remainder of a purified mineral oil.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
