PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a frequency characteristic of fluctuation and to generate various fluctuation waveforms by providing a means for filter processing fluctuation information through a digital filter and a means for adding the filter processed fluctuation information to an acoustic signal and giving the fluctuation to the acoustic signal.;SOLUTION: Random number information RN or the first synthetic fluctuation data SSW filter processed with a digital filter 51 are weighted by that the weighting data WT5-WT7 are multiplied with multipliers 54-56, and are selected by a selector 57, and are added/synthesized with an adder 58 to be outputted. The synthesized synthetic fluctuation data SSW are sent to a frequency number accumulator, an envelope generator and the adder. The fluctuation data SSW more than the kinds stored in a fluctuation data memory 23 are formed infinitely by the addition/synthesis, and the fluctuation is changed variously from the random number information RN, etc.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
