The invention relates to a method and device arrangement for determining and presenting the change of bone mass caused by accelerations having an impact on the body and representing the amount and intensity of exercise. The device arrangement according to the invention includes a transducer unit, a data transfer medium, a server and a database connected to it. The invention also relates to a transducer unit used in the device arrangement and a method utilizing the device arrangement for measuring and analyzing the intensity, amount and effectiveness of the exercise.
