SOLUTION: This communication KARAOKE device 1 obtains slave unit registration data from the remote control transmission part of this PHS type personal telephone set 100 through a remote control reception part 14, recognizes the ID and communication specifications of the personal telephone set 100, registers them in an appropriate storage part and calls and connects a telephone line network 50 by a network control means based on a telephone number transmitted from the personal telephone set 100 so as to form a speech path with a calling destination. At the time of receiving a registration request as a slave telephone through an operation input part, the PHS type personal telephone set 100 transmits the slave unit registration data including its own ID and communication specifications from the remote control transmission part and performs communication as the slave telephone to the radio communication part of the KARAOKE device 1 as a master telephone by a radio communication part.
