It is professional thesis in order this invention, the upper contact plate which is connected to the upper body (1) (5) and the lower part contact plate which is connected to the lower part body (2) being the building a bridge section (7) which connects (6) and the above-mentioned upper contact plate and the lower part contact plate (5 and 6) mutually, is located with the upper body and the lower part body and (1 and 2) the building a bridge section (7) which is designed in order one which is substituted partly body (3) to build a bridge at least and, has, to substitute the body partly. As for the building a bridge section (7), in the above-mentioned body (3) it is accommodated in the concave section. Because it locks in the above-mentioned concave section, the building a bridge section (7) has the spine (9) for cross direction fixing, the spine (9) for cross direction fixing enters into the bone substance which is arranged in both sides of the building a bridge section (7).
