PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orifice member for a liquid-filled vibration damper capable of properly mounting a membrane between a case and a cover, and the liquid-filled vibration damper equipped therewith.;SOLUTION: The orifice member 8 comprises the case 10 arranged in a fluid chamber 5 at least part of which includes a wall portion of the liquid-filled vibration damper M formed of a rubber elastic body 3, the cover 20 mounted on the case 10 and the membrane 30 held between the case 10 and the cover 20.
