PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filmy filter for preventing glass breakage which solves the problem of double reflection due to an air layer by direct application to a view side of a plasma display panel, which is easily applied, contributes toward reducing weight and thickness and lowering cost and which has a significant glass breakage preventing effect of the plasma display panel and further which can be easily detached for recycling after application to the plasma display panel. PSOLUTION: In the filmy filter for preventing glass breakage, a glass breakage preventing layer 11 is constituted of an acrylic adhesive material which is consisting essentially of an acrylic polymer of a monomer consisting essentially of (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester and is impregnated with polyoxyalkylene glycol and then an antireflection film 12 is laminated on one surface side 11a of the glass breakage preventing layer 11.
