PSOLUTION: The multifunctional machine has a charge calculating means 22 for individually calculating the charge for use of a copying function, the charge for use of a printing function, and the charge for use of a facsimile function, a storage means 23 for storing ID information for identifying a plurality of users and use limitation information including a limit amount of total charge for use set for each user and a balance indicating the remaining amount of money for use, an operation display means 24 for inputting use limitation information and displaying the use limitation information, and a control means 21 for controlling each of the means.
