PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fabric for a tobe having a hard touch feeling, a method for producing the same and the tobe. PSOLUTION: This method for producing the fabric for the tobe is provided by weaving a fabric by at least using a heat fusible composite fiber consisting of a heat fusible component and core component, and obtained by arranging the heat fusible component on the surface of the fiber, and then heat-treating the fabric to fuse the heat fusible component for forming positions where weft yarns are thermally fused with warp yarns by the heat fusible composite fiber.
