PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition stable in the solution or in the dissolution state of a medicine having a retinoic acid receptor agonist effect.;SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by mixing poly (ethylene glycol), a basic additive and water with a medicine having a retinoic acid receptor agonist effect. The example of the above medicine is 4-[2-{5-(7-fluoro-4- trifluoromethylbenzofran-2-yl)pyrrolyl}]benzoic acid shown in formula 1 or etretinate expressed by formula 2.
