PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding device at an evacuation place capable of always keeping fresh drinking water and supplying the fresh drinking water to residents who have been evacuated because of a big earthquake.;SOLUTION: An injection pipe 5 equipped with a check valve 4 is fixed at one side face of the upper part of each tank body 7 whose number is appropriate to the number of residents who can be accommodated in an evacuation plate, and a drainpipe 6 equipped with a check valve 4a is fixed to the opposite side face of the lower part of the tank body 7. The injection pipe 5 located on a diagonal line of the tank body 7 and the drainpipe 6 are connected by a hose 8 and the upper part is covered with a stabilizing plate 11, and this is articulated in a series of a dam body shaped at the circumference of the evacuation place in each tank body 7 and is arranged by being connected to a daily-use water pipe and by making water flow.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
