The unit Ub prepares the second transmission data consisting of a calling number 0040, a transmitting time and meter-reading data of its own unit, prepares the third transmission data consisting of pass-through spots expressing passing through of its own unit and a passing-through time in addition to the first transmission data of a terminal radio unit Uc and transmits these data further to a terminal radio unit Ua of an order higher by one.
