PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of reproduced sound in a variable speed reproduction mode. ;SOLUTION: Data being the same as the first data of the next frame are overlapped and recorded extra as many as about 90 samples per frame in an HDD storage 5 when recording sampled sound data.
