It is formed by sol gel process and is heated in the basic solution, next drying and/or the small particle of the silica gel which is calcined, hiding, forms the minute porous silica as a catalyst backing. The basic solution the alkaline metal and the hydroxide of ammonium, carbonate, bicarbonate, can make 1 kinds or the mixed solution of formate and acetate. Impregnation point to the solution the rhodium salt and the other transition element salt (as a promotor outrider body in the minute porous silica which is obtained), next drying and/or to calcine, hiding, the minute porous silica it forms the rhodium catalyst which is supported.
