PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a user interface. PSOLUTION: A position detecting means 7 detects the position of a user 2. When a controller 10 detects the user 2 having moved to another room, it automatically sets a second electric apparatus 4 in an original room, the same as settings of a first electric apparatus 3 in the original room. A portable electronic apparatus 6 automatically selects a household electric apparatus according to the position of the user 2 and indicates an operating menu of corresponding electric apparatus. When the electric apparatus is operated, it detects whether the user 2 has operated the apparatus, based on the position of the user 2, and automatically updates personal settings by the user 2 from the operation thereof.
