PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To house even a long-blade kitchen knife without any problem.;SOLUTION: At the upper surface of the side end part of a kitchen knife supporting plate 19 at the top of a horizontally-long rectangular parallelepiped case main body 18, a slit-like insertion hole 29 facing right and left directions into which the blade part of the kitchen knife 31 can be inserted is formed.
