As for this, it is possible to include the laser output optical pulse beam parameter adjustment system which can include with the low-speed transition compensator which supplies the low-speed transition reversal signal which corrects the beam parameter control signal on the basis of the value of the beam parameter adjustment mechanism controller and the beam parameter error signal which supply the beam parameter control signal to beam parameter adjustment mechanism on the basis of the value of the laser output optical pulse beam parameter error detector and beam parameter adjustment mechanism and the beam parameter error signal which supply the beam parameter error signal which displays the difference with the selective set points for beam parameter and beam parameter. As for this device and method, it is possible furthermore to include the beam parameter error scaling mechanism which supplies the formalization beam parameter error signal which is judged from value of the beam parameter error signal the beam parameter adjustment mechanism controller and the low-speed transition controller supply with the beam parameter control signal and the low-speed transition reversal signal respectively, on the basis of the formalization beam parameter error signal. As for the beam parameter adjustment mechanism controller, it is possible to supply the beam parameter control signal on the basis of the control operation which makes the window standard deviation of average actual wave length error or actual wave length error smallest.
