PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio base station equipment, a transmission directivity control method and a transmission directivity control program in which a desired wave and an interference wave can be separated accurately at an adaptive array terminal even when accurate control of the transmission directivity is difficult. PSOLUTION: For each of a plurality of terminals (a terminal 1 and a terminal 2) connected with a spatial multiplex station by spatial multiplex connection, a combination of different antennas among a plurality of antennas ANT1, ANT2, ANT3 and ANT4 of a base station is selected, and a transmission weight for a corresponding desired terminal is formed using the selected antenna combination before transmission is started. Since a difference can be imparted to the incoming direction between a desired wave and an interference wave when viewed from the desired terminal, the desired wave can be extracted with high accuracy incase of an adaptive terminal.
