PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce delay from request generation to completion of cooperative processing by increasing the probability that management authority will be on a stable request generating node and reducing adverse effects of movement processing of management authority upon essential cooperative processing, when requests for cooperative processing are likely to continue from the same node within a fixed time and the node is switched around after the time.;SOLUTION: A distributed system with movable management authority comprises a client device 1000, a reference node device 1030, and a plurality of agent devices 1010, including a managing agent device of a managing agent, each having a client request processing part 1100, a cooperative processing execution part 1110, a request history holding part 1120, a management authority movement processing part 1130, timers 1300 to 1330, a stability management part 1140, an inter-agent communication processing part 1150, a managing agent information management part 1160 and a request frequency threshold calculation part 1170.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
