PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply test the sensitivity of an agent with high reproducibility by the microliquid dilution method using a microplate. ;SOLUTION: A microplate for testing agent sensitivity is formed. The microplate forms an agent and a coloring reagent containing tetrazolium salts, 1-methoxy-5-methylphenazinium methylsulfate (1-methoxy PSM), potassium ferricyanide, and potassium ferrocyanideto into a solid phase by the reduced pressure drying method.
