PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method for glogging state of an open end pile tip, using a cone penetration test which is for confirming tip clogging state of a pile using the cone penetration test so as to search and correctly grasp the tip glogging state in situ of the open end pile, for judging whether or not the open end pile can exhibiting a predetermined support force and enables efficient design and construction of the pile.;SOLUTION: The cone penetration test for the ground, in which the pile 1 is driven is implemented before the pile; the cone intrusion test 2 for the underground in a pipe and the ground near the pile is implemented after driving the pile 1; and the tip clogging state of the pile 1 is judged from a distribution change of a cone penetration resistance qc in the depth direction before and after driving the pile 1. Restriction pressure of the ground and circumferential friction strength applied to a circumference within the pile are estimated from the intrusion resistance of the ground in the pipe, and a tip occlusion ratio α of the pile 1 is calculated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
