PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency by sharing information obtained by e-mail.;SOLUTION: When a staff in charge A obtains information by accessing information providing sites A6 and B7 through an in-house network 11 and a wide area network 13 by using a PC terminal 1, an investigation result sharing server 5 provided between the in-house network 11 and the wide area network 13 stores access histories by each user and informs a staff in charge having tried to obtain the same information. In the case of transmitting e-mail of an inquiry to the sites A6 and B7 via an e-mail server 4, a transmission source is set to be a representative mail address. When an answer to the question comes to the representative mail address, the answer content is stored by correlating it with a question content so that the other staff is charge can access it freely.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
