PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a computer virus checking device capable of preventing any virus to an actual host, and easily executing virus check by constructing a virtual host, and executing a file to be checked on the virtual host. PSOLUTION: This computer virus checking equipment is provided with a host emulator 20 for configuring virtual hosts A-21 and B-22 on the memory of an actual host and a check processing part for monitoring the operation results of the virtual hosts A-21 and B-22 by making the virtual hosts A-21 and B-22 execute an inputted file to be checked, and for judging whether or not the file to be checked is contaminated by any computer virus based on the monitor result.
