PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover the high quality metal and resin raw materials by lowering the adsorbability of powders of a resin with a metallic film in a pulverized powder mixture to surely separate powders of the resin with the metallic film from those of metallic film or resin. PSOLUTION: The resinous material (p) with the metallic film is pulverized to generate a powder mixture (m) comprising a metallic film powder (a), resin powder (c) and powder (b) of the resin with the metallic film. While conveying the mixture (m), the powders (a) and (b) are adsorbed to separate and recover by the magnetic force of a magnet 8, and further the adsorbability of the powder (b) is varied by adjusting the magnetic force of the magnet 8.
