PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller bearing for achieving a long service life, in the roller bearing, a cage segment, a spacer and a main shaft support structure of a wind power generator. PSOLUTION: This roller bearing has an outer ring, an inner ring, a plurality of rollers arranged between the outer ring and the inner ring, a plurality of columns 14a, 14b, 14c and 14d extending in the axial direction so as to form pockets 13a, 13b and 13c holding the rollers and connecting parts 15a and 15b extending in the peripheral direction so as to connect the plurality of these columns 14a to 14d, and has a plurality of cage segments 11a successively continuously arranged in the peripheral direction between the outer ring and the inner ring and forming a chamfer in a corner of an end surfaces 21a and 21b in the peripheral direction.
