PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately adjust a floor beam and furring strip level and execute floor and wall setting-in work by screwing a support cylinder on a pedestal bolt localized on a building frame face, and screwing a lock nut on the support cylinder. ;SOLUTION: A pedestal bolt 1 being a pipe-like erection member capable of forming a first male screw part 11 on the outer peripheral face and loading an anchor pile 2 from the lower end on the hollow part 12 of an axial center is located on a building frame face. Next, level adjustment can be axially performed by screwing a support cylinder 3 on the first male screw part and being rotated around a shaft. Next, a lock nut 4 is screwed on a second male screw part 33 formed on the upper peripheral edge of the support cylinder 3, and a floor beam or furring strips supported on a receiving part 32 formed on the lower peripheral edge of the support cylinder 3 is tightened from the upper part.
