PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce considerably a non-arrival probability of packets due to a packet transfer delay and a fault of reply confirmation by eliminating the need for the confirmation of a reply from a mobile station with respect to a call from a mobile station to the mobile station in the radio packet communication. ;SOLUTION: A mobile station 2 is provided with a position registration request section 21 that makes a position registration request to a base station 3-i every time the mobile station 2 moves in a radio communication zone 4-i (i=1-N: N is a natural number) awaiting reception of a packet and with a non reply packet reception control section 22 that controls reception of the packet without making a reply when receiving an incoming call notice of the packet from the base station 3-i in a state of making this request, and the base station 3-i is provided with a position registration request section 31 that makes a position registration request to an incoming call control station 5 upon the receipt of the request and a non reply confirmation incoming call control section 32 that makes an incoming call notice to the mobile station 2 when receiving a packet in a state of making this request and delivers the packet to the mobile station without confirming a reply.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
