PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-type latch opener. ;SOLUTION: This plate-type latch opener has an opening portion 1 for opening a closed latch 7a and a holding portion 2 for holding the opening portion 1. The opening portion 1 is pivotally supported on the rotation shaft 5 of the holding portion 2 in a state that the opening portion 1 can be moved between an action position A for opening the latch and a non-action position B for not opening the latch. At least one magnet (the first magnet) 3 is attached to the opening portion 1, and at least two magnets 4a, 4b are attached to the holding portion 2. The second magnet 4a among the magnets attached to the holding portion 2 is placed in a state adsorbed onto the magnet 3 attached to the opening portion 1, and the other third magnet 4b among the magnets attached to the holding portion 2 is placed in a state repulsed from the first magnet 3 attached to the opening portion 1 in a non-action state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
