PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a branching-type optical fiber bundle in which optical fibers are distributed uniformly and light quantity distribution is can be uniformized.;SOLUTION: There are provided, groove having members 7, which are mounted on tilted sections 4a and 4b, and have a plurality of groove sections to store respective tip parts of optical fibers 6 that are fixed by fixing members 5a and 5b; optical fiber holding members 8 which are made movable along a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the optical fibers 6, stored in the groove having members 7 and hold the tip parts of the optical fibers 6; and an optical fiber storing member 11, which is used to store the optical fibers 6 that are released from the groove having members 7 by the movement of the optical fiber holding members 8.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
