PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehydrating agent for muddy water suitable for performing separation treatment applying the coagulation actuation in the muddy water of high density. PSOLUTION: The dehydrating agent for muddy water comprises a copolymer of acryl amide and di(meta) allyl dimethyl ammonium halide which contains di(meta) allyl dimethyl ammonium halide structural unit of 2-50 mol%.
