PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical care appliance which can clot and amputate a living body tissue even if a high-frequency power source capable of generating only high-frequency voltage for clotting is used. PSOLUTION: A central electrode 12a and an external electrode 16a are located with their tips inclined mutually in the same direction along an axis of an outer conductor 14. The central electrode 12a and the external electrode 16a are relatively displaced sliding along the inclinational direction by relatively displacing the outer conductor 14 and a displacing conductor 16 in the axial direction, and the living body tissue is amputated between the central electrode 12a and the external electrode 16a.
