PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely and efficiently decide transmission speed distribution in a whole communication area by efficiently measuring a transmission speed at a plurality of measuring points.;SOLUTION: This transmission speed evaluation system is provided with a base station which transmits a radio signal with a frequency band to be used by a radio communication system based on a first transmission instruction, a plurality of sensors set in a communication area for measuring the reception electric field strength of a radio signal transmitted from the base station based on a second transmission instruction, and for transmitting reception electric field strength data with their unique identification codes and a control part for issuing first and second transmission instructions, and for receiving the identification code and reception electric field strength measured data transmitted from the sensor to which the second transmission instruction has been issued. The control part decides the transmission speed for the position in the communication area from the identification code and reception field strength measured data transmitted from each sensor based on the correlation data of the position information corresponding to the identification code of each sensor and the transmission speed corresponding to the reception field strength data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
