PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip made of synthetic resin for keeping a grappling force and suppressing manufacturing cost by simplifying the structure.;SOLUTION: A grappling section C is formed, at the tip, of a pair of synthetic resin made spring clip piece 2 and spring receiving clip piece 4, a pressing operation section H is formed at the rear end, a spring member 16 is integrally formed in the spring clip piece 2, the spring receiving clip piece 4 is provided with an engaging hole 10 for receiving the end of the spring member 16, and the upper end of the engaging hole 10 is provided with a flexible locking protrusion 12 engaging with a locking groove 22 formed in the spring member 16.
