PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facial care device to spray fine ice grain and cold air to a face to provide stimulation of cold feel and activate face skin. ;SOLUTION: This device comprises a colf air/cold water forming pressure feeding part A and a fine ice grain spray part. The cold air/cold water forming part A comprises a first cooler 3 to cool air pressure-fed by a compressor 1 to 5°C, a second cooler 5 to cool cold air through a branch tube 4 branched to two parts 4a, 4b to -300°C at one branched part 4a, a dry filter provided before reaching the second cooler 5, and a cooler 8 to cool water to 5°C to be fed under pressure. The fine ice grain spray part comprises a spray part to generate mist of cold water fed from the cooler 8 by spraying cold air fed from the first cooler, an ice freezing part to instantaneously freeze ice of mist by cold air of -300°C fed from the second cooler 5, an ice crushing claw provided in an ice freezing chamber of the ice freezing part to be rotated by a motor, and a nozzle integrally provided at a spray port of the ice freezing part to mix and spray fine ice grain with cold air.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
