PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an orthesis less bulky even when the orthesis is worn and to enable the long-term wearing including the wearing at the time of outgoing by forming the stretchable sheet-like soft orthesis consisting of a hip pad part and belt parts. ;SOLUTION: This stretchable sheet-like soft orthesis consists of the hip pad part 2 and the belt parts 3. The lower flank of the hip pad part 2 overhangs and the part near at least the bottom end of the overhanging part forms a curved surface 5. The belt parts 3 are formed of belt bodies extending in two pieces each from the right and left ends of the hip pad part 2 and detaining means 4 mounted at the front ends of the respective belt bodies.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
