PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organoelectroluminescent element which is driven in a high efficiency at a low voltage, is excellent in heat resistance and driving stability, and maintains stable light-emitting characteristics for a long time even at a high temperature.;SOLUTION: A new bisaminophenylmethane compound represented by general formula (I) (wherein R1 and R2 are each a hydrogen atom, a hydroxy group, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an aromatic hydrocarbon group, an aromatic heterocyclic group, or the like; R3-R6 are each an aromatic hydrocarbon group, an aromatic heterocyclic group, or the like, provided that at least one of R1-R6 is an optionally substituted fused ring group formed by fusing at least three rings, and ring a and ring b are each an optionally substituted benzene ring) is provided.
