PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cleaning the equipment to be cleaned of a new dairy product manufacturing apparatus, etc., in which the consumption of a cleaning liquid, fresh water and heating steam and the cost related to the consumption can be cut down and the discharge amount of spent cleaning liquid inconvenient to the environmental pollution can be reduced and to provide an automatic cleaning apparatus of the equipment to be cleaned.;SOLUTION: This automatic cleaning apparatus is constituted of a cleaning liquid tank, a heating unit with a temperature controller for heating the cleaning liquid supplied from the cleaning liquid tank through a pipeline switching unit such as a switching valve and supplying the heated cleaning liquid to the equipment to be cleaned and a returning pipeline for returning the cleaning liquid after made to pass through the equipment to be cleaned to the heating unit through the pipeline switching unit and circulating the returned cleaning liquid by a circulation pump in such a condition that the supply of the cleaning liquid from the cleaning liquid tank is stopped.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
