PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyolefin-based heat-shrinkable label which can be prevented from tearing from upper and lower ends during or after heat shrinking even if the label includes a water-based ink print layer.;SOLUTION: The polyolefin-based heat-shrinkable label has a base film comprising a center layer made of a propylene-based random copolymer and a surface layer made of an amorphous cyclic olefin-based polymer, and a print layer containing water-based ink provided on at least one of surfaces of the base film.
