PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly judge a state in a blast furnace based on a measurement value indicating the state in the furnace measured through a detecting terminal arranged in the blast furnace.;SOLUTION: Based on the measured furnace bottom temperature of the blast furnace with a measured part 30 through a thermocouple 20 arranged in the blast furnace 10, recurrence plots are made with a graph-making part 43. Based on a plot structure of the obtained recurrence plots, the state in the blast furnace 10 is made to judge with a judging part 60, and such a state is caught as the plot structure of the recurrence plots making the state in the blast furnace 10 and the change of the plot structure, so as to quickly judge the state in the blast furnace 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
