PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce man hours and secure operational safety by enabling use of panel construction method that conforms to curtain wall construction method in constructing a small low-rise building, for facilitating the operation of constructing its exterior wall.;SOLUTION: An exterior wall panel has a plurality of frame members 1a and 1b arranged lengthwise and crosswise, couplers 2, 3 and 4 for coupling the frame members 1a and 1b together by fitting or inserting their respective ends into the couplers, and metallic wall members.
