PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify the cause for deterioration in cathodic protection conditions and to quickly and effectively devise its countermeasure by grasping the cathodic protection conditions from the relation with the laying conditions of each line or with the installing conditions of cathodic protection facilities, .;SOLUTION: The cathodic protection management device 10 is provided with: a measuring data file 11 where measured data are conserved one by one; a facility operation data file 12 where facility operation data are conserved one by one; a line information database 13 where line information on a pipeline, map information on the periphery thereof or the like are updated at any time and are stored; a facility information database 14 where facility information on cathodic protection facilities arranged per line of the pipeline is updated at any time and are stored; a judgement treatment part 20 where the fact that the quality of the protection conditions is normal or defective is judged; a countermeasure indication part 21 where required countermeasure indication is output based on the measured data; a line management part 22 where the soundness of the pipeline per line is confirmed from the line distribution in the measured data; a system registration part 15 where the measured data managed by the line management part 22 are registered; a facility control part 23 where the cathodic protection facilities are controlled based on the countermeasure indication from the countermeasure indication part 21; and a facility monitoring part 24 where the operating conditions of the cathodic protection facilities are monitored.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
