PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring the concentration of an organic matter in a mixed gas for containing the organic matter, hydrogen chloride, and phosgene that are extremely advantageous from the point of view of safety and operability.;SOLUTION: The measuring method includes a first process for allowing the mixed gas containing the organic matter, hydrogen chloride, and phosgene to come into contact with water for separating it into a hydrochloric acid and dehydrochlorinated gas to measure the amount of hydrogen chloride; a second process for allowing the dehydrochlorinated gas obtained in the first process to come into contact with ammonia water for separating it into urea solution, dehydrochlorinated and phosgene gas to measure the amount of phosgene; a third process for allowing the dehydrochlorinated and phosgene gas obtained in the second process to come into contact with an organic solvent other than the organic matter for separating the organic solvent, where the organic matter is dissolved, and non-absorbed gas to measure the amount of organic matter; and a fourth process for measuring the amount of non-absorbed gas obtained in the third process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
