PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body-mounted electronic apparatus or the like for materializing applications of body communication. PSOLUTION: A flowchart representing a procedure in the ID mode of a wrist watch includes: a step W106 of discriminating whether or not a communication command signal from a PC side transmitted through the path of a human body to an electrode (body communication); a step W110 of shifting to a transmission mode when receiving the communication command signal; a step W111 of transmitting a mode signal; a step W112 of thereafter discriminating whether or not an apparatus code through the body communication from the PC is received; a step W116 of reading an ID code stored in advance corresponding to the received apparatus code in step W112 and transmitting the code to the PC when receiving the apparatus code; a step W118 of discriminating furthermore whether or not an OK code is received from the PC through the body communication; a step W119 of performing OK indication when receiving the OK code; and a step W120 of storing the received apparatus code and time data (time and date) acquired from a clock circuit to a storage section, and another processing flow indicates the stored time data.
